I've never been this route in any other time but the dead of winter. Winter is certainly coming and coming in fast, but in the meantime the critters are abundant and the scenery very pretty.

- Friday October 17, 2008. By now it's early evening and dark out. My friend Doreen and I are putting up trail markers for the fall warm up weekend ahead, when her cell phone rings. The Vet's message: "Gwen can start handing out cigars, KitKat is pregnant". With that news I decided it was time to set up a blog. In time this may become a web site, but for the now I will share musings and the goings on of the four footed friends that share my life here. Enjoy......
